1. General Terms
- For personal use only. A commercial use fee applies if used for business purposes.
- Prices will be doubled for commercial use.
- The artist retains full copyright of the artwork.
- The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request without providing a reason.
- Clients may not edit, modify, or alter the commissioned artwork without the artist’s permission.
- The artwork may not be used for AI training or incorporated into any AI models.
- The artwork may not be turned into an NFT.
- Clients must provide at least two clear references (poses, characters, or expressions, etc).
- The estimated completion time is 3-7 days or longer, depending on the queue, workload, and complexity of the request.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but clients will be notified.
- The final artwork will be sent via Google Drive in PNG format.
- Additional file formats may be available upon request.
2. Payment
- Payment needs to be made in two parts: 50% after agreeing the sketch and 50% after the art is completed.
- All payments are non-refundable once the artwork has been started.
3. Revisions
- Clients are allowed up to three minor revisions (up to the basic color stage only).
- Major revisions or additional requests will incur extra charges.
- No revisions will be made once the final artwork is delivered.
4. Usage Rights
- Clients may share the commissioned artwork on social media with proper credit to the artist.
- Printing the artwork for personal use is allowed, but reselling or redistributing it is strictly prohibited.
- The artist reserves the right to use the commissioned artwork for their portfolio and promotional purposes.
Terms of Service
1. General Terms
Karya yang dikomisikan hanya untuk penggunaan pribadi. Biaya tambahan berlaku jika digunakan untuk keperluan komersial.
Harga untuk penggunaan komersial 2x harga normal.
Artist memegang hak cipta penuh atas karya yang dibuat.
Artist berhak untuk menolak permintaan komisi.
Klien tidak diperbolehkan mengedit, memodifikasi, atau mengubah karya yang dikomisikan tanpa izin dari artist.
Karya yang dikomisikan tidak boleh digunakan untuk AI training atau dimasukkan ke dalam model AI apa pun.
Karya yang dikomisikan tidak boleh dijadikan NFT.
Klien harus menyediakan minimal dua referensi yang jelas (misalnya pose, karakter, atau ekspresi, dll).
Perkiraan waktu penyelesaian adalah 3-7 hari atau lebih lama, tergantung pada antrean, kesibukan, dan tingkat kesulitan permintaan.
Penundaan dapat terjadi karena keadaan yang tidak terduga, tetapi klien akan diberitahu.
Karya akhir akan dikirim melalui Google Drive dalam format PNG.
Format file tambahan dapat tersedia berdasarkan permintaan.
2. Payment & Pricing
- Pembayaran dilakukan dalam dua tahap: DP 50% setelah menyetujui sketch, dan 50% setelah karya selesai.
- Semua pembayaran tidak dapat dikembalikan setelah karya mulai dikerjakan.
3. Revisions
- Klien diperbolehkan maksimal tiga revisi kecil (hanya sampai tahap basic color).
- Revisi besar atau permintaan tambahan akan dikenakan biaya tambahan.
- Tidak ada revisi setelah karya akhir dikirimkan.
4. Usage Rights
- Klien boleh membagikan karya yang dikomisikan di media sosial dengan mencantumkan credit artist.
- Klien diperbolehkan mencetak karya untuk penggunaan pribadi, tetapi dilarang keras untuk menjual atau mendistribusikannya kembali.
- Artis berhak menggunakan karya yang dikomisikan untuk portofolio dan keperluan promosi.
